Quinoa & Sweet Potato Sticks

 

Here are the simple ingredients you’ll need to make Niomi’s delicious Sweet Potato Sticks:

3 Small Sweet Potatoes

Salt and Pepper to taste

Olive Oil

Start by preheating the oven to 200C, then:
  1. Chop the sweet potatoes into evenly sized chips.
  2. Bake for 30 minutes, turning half way through.
