This is Niomi’s favorite healthy breakfast to enjoy after her morning workout: Avocado on Toast. She shows how to make it in her popular What I Eat In A Day video using the following tasty and nutritious ingredients:
1 Slice Rye Bread1/2 Ripe Avocado1/2 Red ChilliHandful Cherry Tomatoes1/2 LimeFresh CorianderSalt and Pepper to taste
Follow these 5 easy steps:
- Toast the rye bread.
- Mash the avocado with the back of a fork and spread over the rye bread.
- Chop the chilli and tomatoes and scatter over the avocado.
- Squeeze the lime over the top with some salt and pepper.
- Top with a handful of fresh coriander.
