Here are the ingredients she uses for each one:
Orange and Carrot with Ginger4 carrots4 satsumas1 large chunk ginger1/2 lemon
Green Juice with Melon (makes 2)1 Cucumber3 Celery Sticks2 Large Handfuls Kale1 Galia MelonHandful Fresh Mint Leaves1/2 Lemon
The preparation instructions are easy if you use a cold pressed juicer to feed the ingredients through to extract the juice from the pulp.
Keep in an airtight jar or bottle and consume within 24 hours.
