Annie obviously spent a lot of time fine-tuning this tasty recipe that uses both coconut water and coconut oil for the nutty, sweet flavor. Dates pack the blended drink with fiber and plenty of natural sugar.
Ingredients:
- 400 ml mineral water or young coconut water (this one is the ideal but unfortunately not widely available)
- ½ tsp extra virgin coconut oil
- 1½ tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 medjool dates (stones removed)
- 1½ tsp agave nectar
- pinch of sea salt
Bonus tip: Put the left-over lime peels in the fridge as a deodorant!
