Annie’s Awesome Citrus Coconut ENERGY DRINK Recipe!



Annie obviously spent a lot of time fine-tuning this tasty recipe that uses both coconut water and coconut oil for the nutty, sweet flavor. Dates pack the blended drink with fiber and plenty of natural sugar.


Ingredients:

  • 400 ml mineral water or young coconut water (this one is the ideal but unfortunately not widely available)
  • ½ tsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1½ tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 medjool dates (stones removed)
  • 1½ tsp agave nectar
  • pinch of sea salt


Bonus tip: Put the left-over lime peels in the fridge as a deodorant!
