I enjoy all your posts, however, I disagree on yogurt, dairy, cow’s milk being healthy. They all contain IGF1 growth hormone which poses a link to cancer. The research is abundantly available. But, I substitute with plant based milks and enjoy your recipes. Thank you.
Looks nice but combining yogurt and fruits is not a good idea! They should be eaten separately for better digestion.
I myself like some of the recipes. I would not nurse from a cow. To much fats and would not drink milk from any other spices. Just my beliefs calfs were made to drink from a cow not humans. Calcium comes from the ground and healthier ways to get it. Just my opinion
