Easy Make-Ahead Fudgy Nutritious BREAKFAST BROWNIES



This popular recipe for Pumpkin Brownies makes a super-delicious and super-fudgy treat with lots of healthy nutrition! They’re flourless and contain no butter, no grains and no added sugar … so they’re also perfect for anyone following a paleo, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and sugar-free diet. (Also: no bananas!)


Ridiculously easy and simple to make, with only 3 ingredients! No prep, no mess AND no fuss. This popular recipe has satisfied the sweet tooth of many, and is a healthy alternative to the traditional “fudge brownie” counterparts.


The 3 ingredients, with measurements to make 6 brownies are:

1 cup pumpkin puree (for a sweeter brownie, sub half a cup of mashed banana)


1/2 cup drippy almond butter (can sub for peanut, cashew or nut alternative spread)


1/4- 2/3 cup cocoa powder (more cocoa yields a richer taste)


Frosting of choice (optional)
