Step Three (optional): Choose your greens (you won’t even taste them)

Consider —

Handful of baby spinach leaves
Two torn kale leaves
Half a cucumber


Step Four (optional): Make it creamy

Consider —

Half an avocado
Spoonful of nut butter
Yogurt


Step Five (optional): Choose any add-ins

Consider —

Flax seed
Chia Seed
Teaspoon cinnamon (for sweetness)
Two tablespoons of oats (for thickness)


Step Six: Blend all ingredients and serve!
