Smoothies are a perfect way to eat a balanced breakfast, especially when you’re in a hurry in the morning. Maybe you’re just half-awake, dragging your feet and urgently in need of an energy boost. The solution is: Drink a Smoothie! … but then the best strategy is to have all of the ingredients prepared in advance and ready to mix in the morning.


It’s easy to adjust smoothie recipes to fit your own preferences: add more or less liquid, more or less fruit, more or less ice, then just:

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until combined.
