You first need to figure out what ingredients you want to include in your smoothie to provide the nutrition, flavor and energy that you’re looking for. There are 6 basic steps to customize the perfect smoothie to fit your personal taste and requirements:

Step One: Choose your base

Consider —

Fruit Juice (orange, apple, etc…)
Nut milk (almond, hemp, soy, etc…)
Coconut water


Step Two: Choose 1-2 types of fruit

Consider —

Banana
Grapes
Mangoes
Berries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries
Kiwi
Pear
Anything!
