Popular Overnight Oats with Bananas and Pecans



This is a perfect way to start your day: Overnight Oats flavored with Pecans and a Banana and whatever else you’d like to add as a topping (strawberries are good ..)!


The best way to prepare the oats is:

… bring 4 cups of water to a rapid boil, stir in one cup of oats, let that boil for 3 minutes, then turn off the heat and cover with a tight fitting lid. Leave it on the stove overnight and in the morning you wake up to a bowl of healthy goodness.



Using steel cut oats is highly recommended because the texture is infinitely better than quick oats.
