Cassey shows how easy it is to make nutritious and delicious banana pancakes. All natural ingredients and full of protein. They are healthy, low calorie, gluten free and flourless. No added sugar, and there are only 2 ingredients:

2 whole eggs
1 ripe banana


Mix together and put on a skillet that’s coated with EVOO, PAM spray or coconut oil. Flip, done, eat.

Add a little cinnamon for extra flavor, if you want …
