This meal is high in protein, complex carbohydrates, anti-oxidants, and omega-fatty acids.


Here the list of ingredients:

3 Organic Eggs (2 whites, 1 whole)
1 Slice Organic Spelt Bread
Raspberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Strawberries, Pomegranate Berries (all organic)
1/2 Organic Avocado (sliced)
1/2 Cup Chopped Organic Onion

and he also uses:

Teaspoon Organic Ghee (clarified butter)

Organic Garlic Cloves

Crushed Red & Black Peppercorns

Himalayan Sea-Salt


Some tips:

Add a vegetable or green (spinach, kale, etc.) to your eggs, or on the side.


When whisking eggs, add a slight pour of milk (any) for fluffier eggs.
