A Recipe for COCONUT-LIME MILK to Enhance Your Favorite Dishes



Here’s a quick and easy recipe to make homemade coconut-lime milk. This provides a perfect base for a variety of healthy recipes, including Sweet Potato Gratin.


All you need to do is mix the following ingredients together in a large measuring cup or mixing bowl (preferably with a spout for pouring):

  • 500 ml (2 1/4 cups) full-fat coconut milk

  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed with a garlic press

  • zest of 1 lime + juice 1/2 lime

  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes

  • 1/4 tsp. salt
