Michael (from Michael Kory Fitness) shows how to make breakfast pancakes that are rich in protein (26 grams), without using any protein powder. Of course, you can also be creative and add some healthy fruit or berries to this recipe (or as a topping) to add extra flavor.
This pancake breakfast is also filling so you’ll be less inclined to eat a big lunch with too many calories.
Here are the ingredients you will need:
1/2 cup whole wheat flour (60 g)
6 oz. Greek yogurt (170 g)
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
