5-Minute Energy Bars



These Peanut Butter Chia Energy Bars are healthier and more enjoyable than any other granola energy bar you can find at your local supermarket. And they’ll take you less than 5 minutes to make!


Just be sure to use powdered peanut butter (“PB2”), either normal or chocolate-flavored, instead of real peanut butter in the recipe.

Each bar has about 3 grams of sugar (1 gram if you use original PB2) and 5.5 grams of protein, not to mention all the benefits of chia seeds. And they just taste like chocolate peanut butter.

Here are the ingredients you’ll need to make 2 of these Peanut Butter Chia Energy Bars:

2.5 tablespoons PB2 (chocolate or original)
2 tablespoons chia seed
1 tablespoon water
3 drops vanilla extract
½ teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon chopped almond
