If you are looking for an easy no-baking, naturally sweetened, gluten-free and vegan energy bar to make for breakfast or snacks, we&#8217;ve found it!<br />

This recipe calls for healthy dried fruits and nuts, along with almond butter, maple syrup and applesauce. This recipe makes 16 bars. Each serving contains 8 grams of protein and 4 grams of healthy fiber.<br />

3⁄4 cup whole almonds<br />

<p>Kristina shows how to make <strong>Raw Vegan Energy Bars</strong> with a <strong>Cherry Drizzle Glaze</strong> in this video. Follow this recipe to ensure that they are low-fat, nut free, and oil-free. If you want extra protein, however, you may want to add some crushed nuts!<br />

Energy bar snacks are perfect to bring with you to work, school, sport events and when you&#8217;re traveling. Unprocessed and freshly made &#8230; only pure energy here.<br />
</br><br />
Here are the ingredients for the <strong>Energy Bars</strong>:<br />
</br></p>
<blockquote><p>1-2 cups dried mulberries</p>
<p>2 cups dried figs</p>
<p>2 cups pitted dates</p>
<p>1-2 tsp. of freshly ground cinnamon</p></blockquote>
<p>Then, to make the special <strong>Cherry Drizzle</strong>, you&#8217;ll need the following ingredients:<br />

<blockquote><p>2 cups pitted cherries</p>
<p>1 cup pitted dates</p>
<p>Optional: half cup of fresh coconut water</p></blockquote>

Here are the preparation instructions to make these yummy <strong>Raw Vegan Energy Bars</strong> and the <strong>Cherry Drizzle Glaze:</strong><br />

<li>Place all ingredients in the food processor and pulse until the mixture reaches a cookie dough consistency.</li>

<li>Take out the mixture, and press it into a pyrex or glass pan to form it.</li>

<li>When ready, remove it from the pyrex and slice into bar chunks to make your energy bars.</li>
<p></br></p>
<li>You can serve them just like this (ooey guey), or you can chill them in the fridge for anywhere from 30 minutes to 3-4 hours to harden them.</li>

<p>2. In a bowl put the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and chopped hazelnuts. Mix it all until well combined.</p>

<p>4. Prepare the muffin molds.</p>
<p>5. Mix the oil and juice with the dry ingredients only the necessary to mix both parts and pour it into the molds.</p>
