1 cup vanilla soy milk
1 frozen banana
1/2 tablespoon peanut butter

Why make a shake with tofu?
Why not almond milk, a banana, peanut butter and granola?

more protein and less fat than peanut butter
for some, granola would add alot of unwanted sugar and carb
Ok or without granola.
