Non-Dairy Vanilla Smoothie



Here are the 4 ingredients and measurements you’ll need to make a Vegan Vanilla Milkshake Smoothie:

1/2 cup soft tofu
1 cup vanilla soy milk
1 frozen banana
1/2 tablespoon peanut butter

The preparation instructions are straightforward:

Place everything in a blender and mix until smooth, about one minute. Enjoy!

This smoothie goes well with a healthy Overnight Oats breakfast, such as: Peanut Butter & Banana Oats.
