Slow-Cooker Apple Pie Quinoa for Breakfast



Now just follow these 4 simple steps to prepare your special Apple Pie Quinoa “Oatmeal”:

1. Throw all the ingredients in your slow cooker except for the nuts and raisins.


2. Cook on low for 8 hours, high for 4 hours.


3. Scoop out one-fifth of the recipe, top with nuts and raisins, and enjoy!


4. Store the other four servings in glass containers so they’re ready to microwave the rest of the week. Add a little extra soy milk after heating if you want an even creamier quinoa.
