Then she shows how to prepare this treat in 5 easy steps:
- Toast the rye bread.
- Mash the avocado with the back of a fork and spread over the rye bread.
- Chop the chilli and tomatoes and scatter over the avocado.
- Squeeze the lime over the top with some salt and pepper.
