Super-Delicious Nutritious BREAKFAST MUFFINS (Video)


Here are the easy preparation steps to make these special Quinoa Breakfast Muffins:

1. While preheating the oven to 350 F degrees, in a large bowl first whisk eggs with salt and pepper, and then add the rest of the ingredients.


2. Pour the mixture into a standard muffin tin (with 12 cups) and sprinkle tops with the remaining cheese. It is recommended to use silicon liners as the muffins tend to stick to the paper liners or greased muffin tin.


3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. You can check if your muffins are done by inserting the toothpick or a knife in the center of the muffin. If it comes out clean, your muffins are ready.

To freeze: Wrap muffins up in plastic wrap and store in a resealable container.

Then when you’re ready to eat:

Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds – 1 minute (do it in increments the first time to avoid over-cooking the muffin).
