Now follow these 7 easy steps to make healthy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies:
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Mix Crisco, sugars, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt. Mix well.
- Add oats and chocolate chips, mix well.
- Form balls onto pam-sprayed cookie sheet.
- Bake about 10 minutes.

I’ve used regular Crisco shortening for years in my CC cookies….but I don’t use oatmeal (only in oatmeal/raisin/walnut cookies.
Forget the chocolate chips, add lots of chopped pecans and raisins.

These look so yummy. I’ve never put oatmeal in Chocolate Chip Cookies, but will try this recipe. I also used Butter Flavored Crisco for years in my CC cookies.
