No-Bake, Protein-Packed CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE TREATS (Video)



Make these sweet and delicious Chocolate Cheesecake treats in less than 5 minutes … no cooking required! These popular breakfast “bites” are packed with lots of healthy protein, and you can also use this healthy mix to spread on cookies, graham crackers, wafers or anything else. Watch the video to learn how easy it is …


Here are the ingredients:

  • 1 Ounce Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or Regular Milk/Other Milk Substitute)
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Teaspoons Sweetener
  • 2 Scoops (60g) Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 8 Tablespoons (120g) Fat Free Cream Cheese (or Cottage Cheese)
  • 4 Tablespoons (74g) Chocolate Hazelnut Spread



After mixing all of the ingredients together, there are an unlimited number of possibilities to make these Cheesecake Bites and other goodies as shown in the video.


Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.


Note that store-bought Nutella is used as a main ingredient in this video, but you can always substitute a homemade chocolate hazelnut spread using hazelnuts, honey, cacao and a pinch of salt!
