Tip: Prepare this recipe the night before if you are typically rushed in the morning! Just “bake when you awake” for a quick, delicious and nutritious breakfast. The recommended ingredients for this easy Baked Oatmeal breakfast are fresh strawberries, bananas and rich chocolate … but feel free to add your own preferences such as nuts, raisins or cranberries. You can substitute blueberries, blackberries or other fruit for the strawberries and banana.

Tip: If you decide to mix all of the ingredients for this baked oatmeal recipe the night before, and then bake in the morning, place the bananas on the bottom of the dish and not on top of the oats since they may brown slightly over night.
