You may have trouble finding Almond Flour in your local supermarket to use when making flavorful cookies, cakes and other recipes … so here is a video showing how Dzung makes her own almond flour at home!

Start with the the following ingredients: 2 cups (227 grams) of slivered blanched almonds.

Here are the basic directions: 

In a small food processor, grind the almonds until they become a fine powder (I like to do it in batches to make sure it’s as fine as possible). Then process it through a sieve and return the leftover large bits to the processor and re-grind. Use for macarons or any other recipe requiring almond flour or almond meal.
