Make Healthier "Oreo" Cookies (Video)


Follow these easy steps to make these yummy Low-Fat Oreo Cookies:

  1. Mulberries: place in blender and crush until you get a powder like texture

  2. After that, place all ingredients in food processor with S blade

  3. Place on waxed paper into cookie forms and place in freezer for 2-3 hours

After 2 hours or so, put the coconut ingredients in a food processor or blender. Mix well to make the cream frosting. Then:

  1. Take cookies out from freezer, start placing a bit of cream frosting on each and then cover with other half of cookie

  2. Place in freezer again if desired for another hour or so

  3. Take out and ENJOY!
