Follow these easy steps to make these yummy Low-Fat Oreo Cookies:
- Mulberries: place in blender and crush until you get a powder like texture
- After that, place all ingredients in food processor with S blade
- Place on waxed paper into cookie forms and place in freezer for 2-3 hours
After 2 hours or so, put the coconut ingredients in a food processor or blender. Mix well to make the cream frosting. Then:
- Take cookies out from freezer, start placing a bit of cream frosting on each and then cover with other half of cookie
- Place in freezer again if desired for another hour or so
- Take out and ENJOY!
