Here is what you need to do to get started with a Calorie Counter app and keeping track of calories.


Start by finding out how many calories you should be eating every day.

The number of calories you need depends on your weight goals. To lose weight you must eat less. To gain weight you must eat more. To maintain your current weight, you need to eat the same amount of calories.

daily activity level.
