There are only 5 steps to make these delicious Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Energy Bars:
- Pre heat oven to 350
- Grease a 9×9 baking dish with butter, coconut oil, or cooking spray.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and then stir until everything is well combined and the batter is smooth.
- Transfer to the greased baking dish and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is firm and the edges are browned.
- Cool completely. Cut and enjoy!

Mmmm another good recipe I’m going to include in my health and fitness challenge groups:):) going to add vanilla Shakeology to it though, then itll have a ton of vitamins and superfoods and a little protein too!!!! Im so excited for these!
