Healthy Black Bean Brownie Treats

Here are the ingredients for the two separate Black Bean Brownie layers in an 8×8 baking dish:

For the BROWNIE LAYER:
 

1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup chocolate chips (I used semi-sweet), melted
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (I used 2%)
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup + 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
pinch salt

For the COOKIE DOUGH LAYER:
 

1/2 + 1/3 cup oat flour
1/2 cup quick oats
1/4 cup peanut butter (no added salt/sugar/oil)
1 ripe medium banana, mashed
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
scant 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup chocolate chips
