Here are the ingredients you’ll need to make Jason’s delicious & healthy Breakfast Protein Smoothie to get you started in the morning with lots of protein:

Half a cup of low fat milk
Half a cup of plain yogurt
1 Large banana
1 Cup of frozen blueberries
1/5 of a cup of almond meal
3-4 Tablespoons of protein powder
1 Tablespoon of honey
