Nothing is healthy when it has sugar in it
Yum
Sugar bars with a few healthy ingredients. Don’t be fooled. You could make some decent bars with similar ingredients but these are a fail.
2 stick of butter ? Wow
Yummy
The only thing remotly healthy in these are the flax and wheat germ providing fibre. Although most things homemade are way more healthy than store baught products, it appears that thess are packed with un natural sugar and full of butter!
2 sticks butter??
Whole wheat flour is good for you. Or you can use gluten free flour. and you can use coconut oil instead of butter. . Also applesauce. Organic cane juice crystals or other sweetner can be used. Try honey . There are always many ways you can adjust recipes to make them healthier.

What healthy bout this nothing.g all that sugar and I do have a problem with all the butter never ever eat that much fat you think sugar free rasberry jam makes this healthy wow have you got a lot to learn about macros
I am going to make some this weekend. Anyone know how long they last?
Uhh, sort of healthy, but I would not label this as healthy…
Garbage
Nothing but sugar.
Just cut the sugar with unsweetened applesauce this will reduce butter too
Love how these HEALTHY recipes never give nutritional data. So we are educated to read labels in the store, but we will just prepare and eat any recipe calling itself healthy? Yes, I’m offended. At least go to the trouble to calculate calories, fat and sugar per serving if you are selling as healthy.
Per bar:
170 cal
10 g fat (5 g sat)
19 g carbs
106 mg sodium
2.3 g fiber
3 g protein
Healthy whole/grain energy bar
If something is printed to be healthy that is what it should be or the recipient should have all the different options to make it healthy. Lies all the time. The same with all the healthy naturals that are always shown in pictures and when you click on the sight it is all rubbish to make you sign up and to buy.

Oh boy!!
These are not healthy at all! Really sugar, and high glycemic foods…no wonder people are confused about why they aren’t getting healthier with posts like these!!!
