My latest straw poll shows that these 5 Quick-and-Easy Breakfasts are the current favorites, and steadily gaining in popularity. The same poll proves that coffee is the top favorite beverage in the morning!

Fortunately, these Top 5 Quick-and-Easy Breakfast favorites are also healthy and good for you. Since they say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I’d recommend including all 5 of these breakfast treats in your weekly meal plan. All of these favorites are perfect for an early morning kick-start and fueling your body with awesome and nourishing food!

Here is the first Quick-and-Easy Breakfast favorite:

1. Banana Smoothie

I got a similar recipe from a fellow blogger, and added some extra goodness that I like.

In a mixer, blend:
– one banana,
– 1/4 cup chilled coffee, and
– 2 tablespoons of almond butter.

I also made a quarter cup of oatmeal with cinnamon and honey for some added energy. You can place the oatmeal on the bottom or the top, or mix it in. It’s so yummy!
