3. GLUTEN-FREE BISQUICK WAFFLES
Prep time: 5 minsCook time: 5 mins
Serves: 4
Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, these gluten-free waffles are perfect with just a pat of butter and a drizzle of maple syrup.
INGREDIENTS
- nonstick gluten-free cooking spray
- 2 cups Homemade Gluten-Free Bisquick Substitute
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 large egg, whisked
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- butter and maple syrup for serving, if desired
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer’s directions. Lightly grease the waffle iron.
- Whisk together all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Spoon batter into hot waffle iron.
- Cook until golden brown.
- Serve with butter and maple syrup.
