Here is another popular “Bisquick” recipe that uses the Homemade Gluten-Free Bisquick substitute:
 
 
 
 

 3. GLUTEN-FREE BISQUICK WAFFLES

 

Prep time:  5 mins
Cook time:  5 mins

 

Serves: 4

 

Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, these gluten-free waffles are perfect with just a pat of butter and a drizzle of maple syrup.

 

INGREDIENTS

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer’s directions. Lightly grease the waffle iron.
  2. Whisk together all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  3. Spoon batter into hot waffle iron.
  4. Cook until golden brown.
  5. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
