2. GLUTEN-FREE BISQUICK PANCAKES

 

Prep time:  5 mins
Cook time:  10 mins

 

Serves: 4

 

This recipe makes classic light and fluffy pancakes!

 

INGREDIENTS

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

  1. Whisk together all ingredients.
  2. Lightly grease a nonstick griddle with nonstick cooking spray. Or melt a little butter onto the griddle. Heat griddle over medium heat. Spoon pancake batter, about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake, onto hot griddle. You want the batter to sizzle as it hits the griddle.
  3. Cook until bubbles appear at the edges of the pancake. Flip. Cook an additional minute or two.
  4. Serve with butter and syrup.
