[Video] 3 New Ways to Make BETTER LEMONADE!

Sara Lynn shows how to make 3 different kinds of healthy lemonade in this video, starting with a traditional version of Fresh Homemade Lemonade that’s good any time, any place. Then she jazzes it up with a couple of variations that are even healthier and more refreshing.

You may consider using a sugar substitute such as stevia if you want to make it even healthier!

To start with, here’s are the basic ingredients:

1 cup lemon juice, freshly-squeezed
¾ cup white sugar
¾ cup water
3 cups water

Grab 6 lemons to squeeze for each cup of lemon juice. Here are some tips:

• Roll the lemons to make them easier to juice
• Use a fork to capture as much juice as possible
• Strain to remove pulp and seeds

Here is how Sara Lynn puts it all together to make the Lemonade:

  1. In a small saucepan, heat water and sugar until sugar has dissolved completely. Allow mixture to cool.

  2. Mix lemon juice, simple syrup (sugar mixture) and water in a pitcher.

  3. Garnish with lemon slices and mint.
