3 Refreshing Morning Smoothie Recipes



Two more smoothie colors to try:

2. Blueberry-Peanut Butter Smoothie

3/4 cup of coconut water (or plain water)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup baby spinach
1 tablespoon peanut butter
Handful of ice


3. Orange-Mango Smoothie

1/2 cup of orange juice
1-2 mangos roughly chopped
1 banana
Two tablespoons plain yogurt (optional)
Handful of ice
