3 Refreshing Morning Smoothie Recipes



If you’re looking for a quick, nourishing and refreshing meal to drink in the morning … or for some extra energy any time of day: try one of these smoothie recipes. Pick the color that appeals most (green, blue, orange …) and use the ingredients that you have on-hand.

Here are time-tested ingredients with the measurements to make 2 servings of 3 different kinds of breakfast smoothies:

1. Green Grape Smoothie

3/4 cup of almond milk
1 banana
Handful of green grapes, (around 10-15)
2 kale leaves, roughly torn, or substitute 1 cup of spinach
Half a cucumber
½ an avocado
Handful of ice
