3-Minute Apple Pie in a Cup



How about a delicious and nutritious Apple Pie (in a Cup) for breakfast, or as a snack? It only takes 3 minutes with just two main ingredients and some optional extras to spice it up a bit.


For each serving, start with:

  • 2-3 graham cracker sheets
  • 1 medium apple

Now follow these 3 easy steps to prepare a healthy meal:

1. Break graham crackers and cut apple (peeling is optional) into bite-sized pieces.


2. Combine in bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.

3. And then, the fun part– personalize your pie with cinnamon, nutmeg, honey, brown sugar, peanut butter, Nutella, pecans, walnuts, raisins, ice cream, yogurt, whipped cream, or anything else you come across …
