Yogurt With Grapes and Granola for a Healthy Breakfast



Even on a busy morning, you’ll discover that you can find the time to enjoy this 3-ingredient Yogurt Breakfast Dish! If you need to grab it and run, then just pack it in an insulated coffee cup or thermos. By all means swap out some of the ingredients if you prefer!


(This recipe assumes that you already have a supply of healthy granola on hand!)


Here are the ingredients that you’ll need for 2 servings of this healthy Yogurt Breakfast Dish:

2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup halved seedless red and green grapes
1/2 cup granola

Each serving contains the following nutrition values:

Sodium 214 mg
Protein 15 g

Now just follow these quick-and-easy preparation instructions:

1. Divide the yogurt between 2 bowls.
