Dr. Berg shows how to make a pizza that’s “totally healthy” with no wheat, no gluten and totally delicious, too! The secret is in the crust, which is made from cauliflower and mozzarella cheese. Yes, there really is such a thing as a healthy pizza.
Here are the ingredients for this Healthy Pizza:
CRUST
2 cups of grated cauliflower
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese (organic)
2 eggs
(optional: add 1/4th cup of sauteed caramelized onions to the mixture.
TOPPINGS
1/4th cup of pizza sauce or pasta sauce (find the one with the least amount of sugar)
1 cup of mozzarella cheese (sprinkle on top)
Slice mushrooms (optional)
Basil leaves (optional)
Pepperoni slices (optional)
Sliced tomatoes (optional)
Olives (optional)

can do this with shredded zucchini as well… just squeeze all the water out after you grate it.
Have made this type of crust many times, always with cooked cauliflower…turns out perfect every time.
How is that totally healthy pizza? Tons of cheese, pepperoni. I’d rather get a thin whole wheat crust pizza with white cheese and grilled chicken. Just cause it’s Cauliflower crust does not make it healthy.
