Cherries are a good source of fiber, vitamin C, and magnesium and have a wonderful flavor. The half banana adds potassium and fiber to this smoothie.


Ingredients:

  • One cup sweet cherries, pitted
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice


Nutrition Highlights:

297 calories, 11 grams protein, 68 grams carbohydrates, 5 grams fiber, 1 gram fat
