Blueberries are so good for you — they’re high in most vitamins and minerals plus they’re packed with antioxidants that help prevent free radical damage to all the cells in your body. Yogurt adds calcium and chia seeds add a more protein and omega-3 fatty acids.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup ice


Nutrition Highlights:

297 calories, 20 grams protein, 50 grams carbohydrates, 8 grams fiber, 4 grams fat
