Green Light layer: 1 avocado, 4 tbsp yogurt, 1 tbsp honey
Orange Light layer: 1 mango, 1 banana, 1/2 cup orange juice, 2 tbsp honey
Red Light layer: 8 strawberries, 1 banana, 1 tbsp honey
