Delicious “Overnight Oats” Breakfast Treat with Chai Spice Mix



Grab a couple of empty jars and fill them with a ready-to-eat Overnight Chai Steel-Cut Oats breakfast treat. One of the best parts about this recipe is that it is so simple … just mix, pour into jars and put in the fridge. No cooking required. Lots of flexibility to change up the spices and change the toppings if you want.


Here are the ingredients you’ll need for 2 servings:

1 cup steel-cut oats

1 cup almond milk

2 tablespoons ground flax

1/4 teaspoon cardamon

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 tablespoon maple syrup

Suggestions for toppings:

shredded coconut,
pecans,
almonds,
toasted hazelnuts.
