Overnight CARROT CAKE OATMEAL (Video)


Prepare this delicious Carrot Cake Oatmeal for breakfast in advance in the evening so it will be ready to eat and enjoy in the morning! This delicious and nutritious breakfast only takes 5 minutes to make before heading for bed.

The basic ingredients for overnight oatmeal are:

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup almond milk (soy, hemp, rice or dairy work, too)

Then add these extra ingredients for a special Carrot Cake version:

  • ¼ cup shredded carrot
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp pecan, chopped (optional)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
