Mouth-Watering Creamy CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE with Lots of Healthy Protein



Here’s a healthy and nutritious way to get a boost of protein and energy with a delicious chocolate flavor! This Creamy Chocolate Smoothie is also rich and thick … and makes an ideal treat for breakfast or any other time of day. No added fat and sugar and, of course, easy to customize for any healthy meal or snack.


The serious chocolate punch will make you think that it’s a decadent chocolate milkshake since the flavor completely overshadows the banana in this recipe. Make it in less than 5 minutes!



Here are the recommended ingredients for this Creamy Chocolate Smoothie:

3/4 cup vanilla almond milk (or regular milk)
1 small/medium banana, frozen
2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
dash of cinnamon
1 tsp. instant coffee granules (optional)
2 Tbsp. chocolate or vanilla protein powder (optional)
1 Tbsp. nut butter (optional)

Tip: Freeze the milk in an ice cube tray, first, if you want to make your smoothie even thicker.

Place all ingredients into any standard blender and blend until smooth.
