Super-Delicious (and Healthy) BREAKFAST WAFFLES (Video)

Now just follow these easy preparation steps to make these delicious and nutritious Gluten-Free Breakfast Waffles:
 
 

1. Heat waffle iron.

2. Add oats to a blender and grind until they reach a flour-like consistency.

3. To a mixing bowl add the oat flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon, and add the wet ingredients to the dry and whisk together.

4. Lightly grease the waffle iron with cooking spray and pour in 1/3 cup of the batter.

5. Cook waffle 4-5 minutes, or until the waffle iron alerts that it’s ready.

6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
