Super-Delicious (and Healthy) BREAKFAST WAFFLES (Video)

Here’s a great recipe (with “how-to” video) for delicious and nutritious Gluten-Free Breakfast Waffles … it doesn’t get much better than this! They’re extra-light and made with oats, almond milk and Greek yogurt.

Here’s what you’ll need to make a half-dozen:
 
 

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, plus a little more to thin (if necessary)
  • 1/4 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
