Recipe for Iced Banana Coffee

This is Niomi’s favorite Pre-Workout Drink to start the day with a boost of healthy energy: Iced Banana Coffee. She shows how to make it in her popular What I Eat In A Day video.

It is easy and straightforward to throw together in the morning with the following ingredients:
 

1 Ripe Banana
1 cup Water
Glass of Ice Cubes
1 Espresso
There are only 2 steps to follow:

 

  1. Blend the banana and water together and pour over the glass of ice.
  2. Make the espresso and pour into the glass.
