These HOMEMADE PROTEIN BARS are Definitely Better Than Any Store-Bought Ones (Video)


Start by mixing the dry ingredients to make these delicious Homemade Protein Bars:

Chuck the protein powder, oats, ground almonds, sugar and sea salt into a large bowl.


Chop the pecan nuts and pumpkin seeds roughly and add them to the bowl with the sesame seeds.



Next, add the wet ingredients and follow these steps:

  1. Combine the milk, coconut oil, vanilla extract and peanut butter and pour them into the dry ingredients. Mix to a malleable dough.

  2. Squish the dough into a square silicon mould.

  3. Break the chocolate into a microwavable bowl and melt in the microwave or over boiling water on the hob.

  4. Drizzle the chocolate over the protein bar in the mould and place into the fridge to set.

  5. Cut to size, we recommend 8/10 bars, and grab a bar whenever you need one on the go!
