175 g oats
225 g ground almonds
25 g soft brown sugar

1 pinch sea salt flakes
25 g pecan nuts
25 g pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds
40 ml coconut oil

200 ml whole milk
2-3 drops vanilla extract
75 g peanut butter
200 g dark chocolate (85-90%)
